MY STORY
Hi, I'm Gisele.
I'm a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transformational Life Coach, Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner, writer, and educator.
Through The Healers Home and Soul Message Poetry, I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, navigate life's transitions, and create meaningful change through hypnotherapy, holistic wellness, intuitive guidance, and creative expression.
I'm a holistic wellness practitioner, writer, educator, and lifelong student of what it means to heal, grow, and live authentically.
My journey into holistic wellness began during a period of profound life change that required me to reinvent myself and start over.
What began as a personal search for healing eventually led me to SWIHA – Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I discovered hypnotherapy and the mind's remarkable capacity for transformation.
Interestingly, I never planned to become a hypnotherapist. What started as curiosity soon became a passion and ultimately a calling.
Today, I help individuals navigate life's challenges, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create meaningful change through an
integrative approach that may include hypnotherapy, coaching, holistic wellness practices, education, and creative exploration.
I believe healing isn't about becoming someone else—it's about remembering who you truly are.
Through The Healers Home, I offer holistic wellness services, workshops, educational programs, and resources designed to support
well-being from a mind-body-spirit perspective. I also offer Soul Message Poetry sessions and readings, a unique blend of
hypnotherapy, intuition, reflection, and creative expression designed to help individuals gain insight, clarity, and a deeper connection
to their inner wisdom.
In addition to my wellness work, I'm a writer and poet who believes in the power of stories and words to inspire, comfort, and transform.
I share reflections on life, creativity, personal growth, and culture through my writing projects, including A Brazil Nut on Substack. I am also the co-author of Guided Imagery/Hypnotherapy for Healthcare: We Can Make a Difference and author of the poetry collection Passionate
& Proud Poems.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, I now live in Central Florida with my beloved rescue animals.
