I used to have trouble practicing what I preach in relation to maintaining a self-care practice. COMPASSION BEGINS WITH YOURSELF
Compassion-fatigued…
I’ve been feeling compassion fatigue lately… So much happening in the world right now that requires continuous forgiveness, understanding, sympathy, empathy… That’s also something I exercise regularly in my work as a teacher and holistic healer; not to mention with family, friends, etc.
